At DirtTours LLC, we want every adventure to be unforgettable. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a clear refund policy. Please read carefully before booking.
1. General Booking Refunds
All bookings must be confirmed through our official website, email, or phone.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Cancellations less than 15 days before the trip are non-refundable, as logistics, guides, and equipment are already allocated.
2. Custom & Private Expeditions
Custom tours and private expeditions may have specific terms stated in your agreement with DirtTours LLC.
Refund eligibility will be assessed case by case, depending on incurred costs and preparations.
3. Trip Postponements
If you need to reschedule your trip more than 15 days in advance, DirtTours LLC will transfer your booking to a new date without penalty.
Reschedules within 15 days of departure may incur a 20% administrative fee.
DirtTours LLC reserves the right to postpone or reschedule tours due to unsafe conditions, weather, natural disasters, or political instability. In such cases, you may choose:
A full credit for a future trip with DirtTours LLC.
A partial refund based on expenses already incurred.
4. No-Shows
Failure to arrive on the tour start date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued by DirtTours LLC.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approved cancellation by DirtTours LLC.
Payments are returned using the original payment method.
Bank or transaction fees may reduce the refunded amount.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Travel insurance, personal equipment rentals, and optional extras are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Any third-party expenses booked through DirtTours LLC (e.g., hotels, flights) follow the provider’s cancellation policies.
7. Travel Insurance
DirtTours LLC strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for unexpected events such as illness, injury, or travel disruption.
Travel insurance may cover refunds not eligible under DirtTours LLC’s standard policy.
